My name is Christian Rodriguez, and I’ve been helping clients achieve their homeownership goals since 2016. I grew up in northern Virginia and earned a degree in finance from Old Dominion University, which gave me the foundation for a successful career in the mortgage industry. I started my career at Intercoastal managing the appraisal desk department.

Within a few months, I transitioned into loan origination, and I’ve been passionate about guiding clients through the mortgage process ever since. My goal is to make home financing as smooth and stress-free as possible while finding solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my son, Santiago, especially on the soccer field.
