The Realtor Who Never Clocked Out

The Realtor Who Never Clocked Out

Four Decades, 2,000+ Families, and the Stories That Still Matter

If you ask most people what a Realtor does, they’ll tell you: list homes, show homes, negotiate deals.

That’s the surface.

But after nearly 40 years in Northern Virginia real estate, I can tell you—it’s never just about the house.

It’s about the people inside it.

From the Coast Guard to Closings

Before I ever stepped into real estate, I spent 14 years serving in the U.S. Coast Guard.

That experience didn’t just shape my work ethic—it shaped how I make decisions.

Out there, hesitation isn’t an option. You learn to stay calm under pressure, think clearly, and act with purpose. And believe it or not, those same skills show up in real estate every single day.

Because when you’re helping a family make one of the biggest financial decisions of their life…
there’s no room for guesswork.

2,000+ Families… And Counting

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping more than 2,000 families buy and sell homes across Northern Virginia—places like Woodbridge, Fairfax, Springfield, Alexandria, and throughout Prince William County.

And here’s the truth:

No two stories are ever the same.

  • The first-time buyer who thought homeownership was out of reach

  • The growing family needing more space yesterday

  • The seller who had to let go of a home full of memories

Every transaction carries emotion, urgency, and a story that deserves to be handled with care.

The Strategy Behind the Success

Anyone can put a home on the market.

But getting top dollar? Selling quickly? Creating a stress-free experience?

That takes strategy.

Over time, I’ve built a system that focuses on:

  • Precise Pricing – Knowing exactly where a home should sit in the market

  • Smart Marketing – Making sure the right buyers see it

  • Strong Negotiation – Protecting my clients at every step

  • Clear Communication – No guessing, no confusion

As an Associate Broker with RE/MAX Allegiance and Team Leader of the DiGiovanna Realty Group, I’ve made it my mission to turn what can feel overwhelming into something smooth—and even enjoyable.

What Sets Me Apart (And Why It Matters to You)

In this business, experience matters—but how you use that experience matters even more.

I’ve earned certifications like:

  • CRS (Certified Residential Specialist)

  • GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute)

  • ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative)

These aren’t just letters behind a name.

They represent a commitment to mastering the details—pricing, contracts, negotiations, and everything in between—so my clients don’t have to.

Because when things get complex (and they always do), you want someone who’s seen it before.

Real Estate Is Personal

Here’s something most people don’t realize:

The best part of this job isn’t the sale.

It’s the moment after.

  • When a seller realizes they got more than they expected

  • When a buyer walks into their new home for the first time

  • When the stress finally turns into excitement

That’s why I do this.

Not just to close deals—but to help people move forward.

Thinking About Your Next Move?

Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a property, or just exploring your options in the Northern Virginia market…

My goal is simple:

Give you clarity, confidence, and a plan that works.

Because in a fast-moving market, the right guidance doesn’t just make things easier—

It makes all the difference.
