Rich served in the U.S. Coast Guard for 14 years and the reserves for nine, being called back to active duty for Desert Storm. He then performed in a comedy juggling act called “Gravity’s Last Stand” entertaining troops in a USO Tour throughout Europe and the Sinai Desert, was a ski instructor for 25 years, and was an avid golfer. His life goal is to be as active and healthy as possible, helping others achieve their physical fitness goals. For the last 5 years, Rich’s passion has been training to become a high level, competitive rower.
